2*2 Lattice Textilene Fabric DHSL-002

Textilene is a special textile produced by shuttleless machine, using a composite yarn with special wrapping structure, i.e. PVC/PET skin-core type yarn. The core is made of high-strength polyester industrial filament yarn and the skin is made of aging-resistant, UV-radiation-resistant PVC. The polyester filament yarn is drawn and wrapped and cooled to form a composite yarn with smooth surface, waterproof, oil-proof, non-toxic and cool feeling. The warp yarn is made by intelligent warping machine, without sizing, and directly woven into the net on the winding rapier loom, and then finished into the final product. Material composition: 70% PVC, 30% high tenacity tapestries. Production process: 1, environmentally friendly virgin PVC coloring 2, has been colored PVC wrapped belly high-strength tapewoven yarn 3, winding cylinder warp 4, on the loom weaving 5, repair cloth heat-setting treatment to complete the production of mesh.
